About Me
I'm the AI and Innovation Lead at Altis Consulting. I help organisations get ready for AI. Most of that work is about clarity. What does the data mean? Which decisions matter? How much risk is acceptable? My work spans AI readiness, AI governance, data strategy and operating model change. It covers every use of AI in an organisation, beyond data and analytics.
I'm a translator. I explain technical ideas to leaders, and business needs to technical teams, without dumbing either down. I start from the decisions the work supports. I believe in keeping humans in control, not just in the loop.
